Unless specifically informed, your SomaTrac™ will be shipped via United Parcel Service.

When your order is processed by SomaTrac™, you will receive a confirmation email from UPS with your tracking number.

To track your package, please visit http://www.ups.com/, and enter the tracking number to view the status of your delivery.

If you do not receive your tracking number, please contact SomaTrac™ customer service at info@somatrac.com. Please reference your order number and date of purchase.

Please note that this service applies to products purchased through somatrac.com only. If you have purchased a SomaTrac™ through another retailer, please contact them directly to learn the status of your shipment.
