The SomaTrac Inversion/Decompression/Exercise System is for home use.
SomaTrac™ is a simple, comfortable, and effective way of unloading the gravitational impact of the upper body pressure on the spine.
You simply lie down, slip your ankles into the comfortable ankle brace and stretch and incline until you reach your ideal comfort zone.You now have the convenience to decompress daily in the comfort of your own home.

Unlike the "swing-slam" upside-down inversion units, everyone begins the application in the same position on the SomaTrac™ - comfortably lying down in a horizontal position.
With the SomaTrac, you simply lie down - either face-up or face-down, and simply push a button until you are in the perfect position and comfortably relax. You are in total control and there are NO surprises. SomaTrac provides you the option of multiple positions to find that "perfect comfort zone" - much like the Sleep Number bed. Each individual will have a specific need, comfort, and favorite position. Only YOU know what feels the best.

SomaTrac™ is controlled by you.
All you have to do is lie down. SomaTrac allows for the specific "sweet spot" for maximum comfort and relief. We call this the "Select Position Comfort Zone".

You can be either face up or face down on the table.
You can totally relax and enjoy the moment OR you can read, watch TV, or even work on your laptop. Some people love to lie on their stomach but are never able to find a comfortable position for their face. The SomaTrac has a very comfortable face cradle area.

SomaTrac uses only high grade foam and upholstery.
The more you can relax, the better the results you will achieve.
SomaTrac can incline up to 30 degrees.
You are able to change to any inversion angle that works best for you. AND this is all done while you are comfortably reclined - not harnessed in or hung upside down by your feet!

The SomaTrac uses a foam ankle support that is comfortable.
SomaTrac does not suspend the weight of your body. The ankles simply slide into the ankle support from the side. You can use the SomaTrac in either a face-up or face-down position.
