If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Care department at (281) 395-9502 within four weeks of delivery for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All products purchased at a discount, Doctor's Pricing, or Wholesale Pricing are excluded from the 30 Day Guarantee.

Return Policy:

This policy applies to products purchased from the SomaTrac™ website. If you purchased a SomaTrac™ product from a retail store, please refer to the store return policy.

SomaTrac™ and SomaTrac System, LLC accepts returns of merchandise only under the following conditions:

a. You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number from SomaTrac™ or SomaTrac System, LLC before shipping the product.
b. The merchandise must be returned within the Satisfaction Period specified.
c. Products returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be refunded or credited and will be discarded.
d. Your return must be received no later than two (2) weeks after we have provided your Return Authorization Number (RMA).
e. Products must be returned undamaged in "like-new" condition and in the original packaging.
f.  Must be in original condition with all accessories and materials included.
g. Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.
h. Any item purchased at a discount, Doctor's Pricing, or Wholesale pricing are excluded from the 30 Day No Risk Guarantee and can only be exchanged if the product has a manufacturer defect. You must notify SomaTrac™ within seven (7) days of receiving product if the product arrives defective.

Unauthorized Returns:

SomaTrac™ and SomaTrac System, LLC defines an unauthorized return as any merchandise returned to our facilities without a valid and current Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by SomaTrac™. Failure to properly mark packages with a valid RMA number, or allowing an RMA number to expire, will cause SomaTrac™ or SomaTrac System, LLC to consider a return unauthorized. Any merchandise returned without a RMA number will not be subject to a refund or credit and SomaTrac™ or SomaTrac System, LLC will discard the product. The customer assumes all shipping and handling charges for any unauthorized return.
